Crockpots/Slow Cookers... the savior from our Fatigue

So as I mentioned before, I've been doing a lot more cooking. But my occasional bout with fatigue hasn't gone away, so I started experimenting with the Crock Pot. I love that thing. I can make healthy delicious meals, and not worry about having to eat 'crap' for dinner because I'm too tired to make an effort. I can pop stuff in during my morning routine, and no matter what happens throughout the day, dinner at least is taken care of. I'm thinking of starting a blog with a collection of my favorite 'friendly' recipies. Anyone else think that's a good idea? Maybe want to toss stuff at it as well?

Definately a good idea, I've had a brand new slow cooker sitting in the cupboard for over two years, not used it once! Not had time to experiment & get ideas. But would be a great help to have all the effort of making a dinner, keeping an eye on it taken away slightly. Minimal effort & it can take care of itself to an extent.

I should get one but the surfaces in my shared kitchen are already a bit full with my other gadgets/cooking aids.
