PS I forgot to mention magnesium. You said you were starting it. For me I take it at night and I don’t wake up with leg cramps that I used to get before I started the magnesium.I started with 400mg but now take 600mg in two separate pills ( 400 + 200mg) because I still got some leg cramps with 400mg. I get those over the counter.or online. I take a lot of other supplements I order online mostly at vitacost.com. Some I get at local stores like costco, walgreens, BJ’s. I probably take way to many suppliments but my diet is not so great so at least I get vitamins and minerals I may not get otherwise.
