Moving from Tysabri to Kesimpta

Hi all, I had my last Tysabri infusion yesterday and will start Kesimpta in 6 weeks. For those who have made this change, what was it like for you? I’ve been pretty symptom free for over year, so can I expect a flare up before the kesimpta has time to bed down in my system? Thanks

Hey @goggin, I was on Kesimpta last year and only had a mini flare of symptoms after my first injection, but this resolved after a few hours and no side effects with later injections - good luck!

I started yesterday! Didn't have any reaction to first injection and found it easy to inject in comparison to plegridy and rebif. Still am concerned about being immunocompressed! Fingers crossed it is good for us both!
