CBD

Hi there! So I have been dealing with really bad back and hip pain, among other things. I work full time and sit a lot! Which I think is part of the problem. I’m moving around more which helps some but I have heard some good things about CBD oil (hemp derived) and am about to try it as a supplement. I am on copaxone for 4 months now. Anyway, wondering what others think? Any feedback/experiences welcome!

@angieh , I can't comment on CBD oil as I haven't tried it. But, there's no harm in trying it. Just be wary that there are vary strengths of oil available at varying costs. The services of a Neuro-physio would be useful to assess exactly what your problems are. You might also want to consider Pilates and/or yoga as a good low impact exercise, which may help the back and hip pain.

@angieh I wasn't to keen on the idea at first, then after reading several reports and listening to a friend who has been using the oil as part of his cancer treatment I started using CBD Oil Nov 15th, 2018. I've only been using CBD oil for a short time, but I must admit I do believe it's helping me. A few things I'm seeing: I'm sleeping better at night, my pain has lessened, and it seems I can concentrate again. I have always loved reading but over the years found it difficult to stay focused due to a lack of concentration levels. I had hardly enough focus to even finish a page or two, let alone a whole chapter. I'm now reading again, not to the level I like, but it's a good start to getting back on track. I don't know if this is allowed but this is the link my friend shared with me to check it out, ask questions and purchase... https://selectcbd.com/?afmc=54u&utm_campaign=54u&utm_source=leaddyno&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=54u&utm_source=leaddyno&utm_medium=affiliate Hope this has helped.
