Have you ever felt ashamed because of MS or an MS symptom?
During my first MS flare up I was very uncomfortable walking around and seeing people I know... who might ask me about it... or worse, just stare at me. Being okay last week and suddenly I can't even carry my own weight because my legs are too weak was a very humiliating experience for me.
And that's the topic in my newest YT video.
I talk about the shame I've felt and feel while painting the personification of this emotion; Kim. A character from my art project A Thousand Faces that I've created to raise awareness of this invisible illness. :)
So let's get connected, I'd love to hear your story to this topic!

I feel guilty or ashamed all the time. I know it’s not logical but I do.I work everyday and workout daily and am exhausted at the end. My mother in law said she thought I could do more.I was able to ignore it and not lash out too much but it hurt. Do your best and that’s all you can be asked of. I’ll try to follow my own advice lol
@Jackiec1 I'm sorry you got such an insensitive mother in law... but oh I relate so much to what you're saying... and yes of course, we do our bests and that should be good enough... but oh it's frustrating...
