Ocrevus or MS symptom

I was diagnosed with PPMS in December 2022. Started Ocrevus in February, 2023. I have noticed for 6 months deep grooves in my finger nails and toe nails develop. The past few weeks my toe nails turned purple, and this weekend the large ones, totally peeled off. This happened when I was on chemo in 2019 for breast cancer so I was wondering if maybe this has happened to anyone else who takes Ocrevus since it is also a infusion therapy - kind of like chemo. But unlike chemo, I have ZERO side effects to date on Ocrevus. And to answer questions 1) no i did not drop anything on my feet. 2) my toes are not thick and yellow like the typical thick looking fungal ones I see on-line 3) I have been taking supplements for Hair, Skin, and Nails for years after cancer to help grow my hair back after cancer. Has anyone had any issues with nails with Ocrevus or with MS in general? I do plan to contact my MS doctor and podiatrist.

Wow, that's so weird, @abaudend! I was going to guess nutritional issues, but it sounds like you have that covered. Ocrevus didn't cause me any issues with edema so I'm out of ideas. I hope you can get to the bottom of it and share with the class.

Hello, I have also noticed grooves on my big toenails (possibly marking every 6 months?) I have just had another ocrevus infusion so will be watching out for the next groove to grow. I have noticed my nails in general are worse quality than before having ocrevus infusions.
