Hi everyone I am having trouble at work I have been working there for just over 12 year and I love my job, i had a relapse in February and had time off when I went back they suggested I did a phased return which I agreed to, then lost my driving license in the summer due to the medication I am on and since then the new boss seems to have it in for me I had a “welfare meeting” that was terrible I was sobbing the entire meeting now they want to demote my with a £5,000 pay cut as they say I can’t do my job due to my illness, but I feel that it not true I don’t know what to do I have another “welfare meeting” on Tuesday 🙁
