Octopus trial

Just about to start this trial after an mri and will be ‘randomised’! They don’t want me to take metformin so I will just be 50% placebo or alpha lipoic acid tablets. It’s a lot of effort travelling for me but I’ve decided that the benefits of regular specialist check ups for my ppms are worth it 🤔 as i can’t see anything else positive I can do for myself!! Anyone else on this trial? I am in Pagham, Sussex - not Burgess Hill as appeared below so I’ve turned location sharing off!
