Over a Month in Hospital and had a Heart Attack too.

So, on the 3rd of February I was admitted to Hospital after losing all of the strength in my Legs, a Virus was the cause apparently along with a UTI. So I endured a few weeks of rest and recuperation before the real work started on getting my legs moving again. Had a few Physio sessions which helped to get the legs moving a little, using the walking frame was a massive help though, got them back to how they were before this happened. All seemed to be going so well with Rehab and then... BAM! a Heart Attack, I thought I was having the MS Hug until my Teeth started Tingling and my Jaw became numb. Went and had a Stent fitted a few days later, no problems since then, fingers cossed.r

Bloody hell - well done you for coming through that ordeal!!!! That sounds like a nightmare but your still here and fighting thank you for sharing - take care of you & good luck may your strength and your stent stay strong💪🤞🍀👍

@Runningonempty Thanks for the kind words of support, forgot to mention that I did have a Stent fitted a few days after the Attack, that was an experience I'll say that much. Still boggles my mind how they managed to access my Heart through my Wrist, but they did, have the tiny Scab/Scar to prove it.
