Flare up - Mental Block & anxiety…

Hi all. I’m no stranger to flare ups as I’m sure many of us are. But to this point they’ve been predominantly physical - big bouts of foot drop, leg numbness, fatigue, etc. But lately (with the help of stressful situations at work) I have been going through quite the mental block. Which involves some extra overthinking, being more emotional, shorter attention span, confusion, brain fog x 100… the list goes on. But generally just not doing well mentally and emotionally. Just looking to see if anyone else has gone through something similar to this or am I just stressed out from work? Thanks, Paul

Yes all of the above, add in scanning when speaking which when i think about it is how I navigate many things at this point.

shorter attention span, confusion, brain fog x , I will suggest you change your diet especially avoid dairy, too much sugar , gluten. Then try to detox yourself by using splina. For reverse brain frog , and hability to be sharp and think well, I used brain focus, you can find it on Amazon
