Stupid Symptom - still undiagnosed, insanity

So, I was in the hospital for 5 days due to terrible stomach pains and digestive issues back in August 2022 after my first episode ever on April 27th, 2022, which was after I slowly developed diplopia aka double vision through December of 2021 which have worsened throughout this past year. Am I losing it? Are the doctors who say it's my PTSD affecting my central nervous system, right? Anywho, they did everything in the hospital to figure out what was wrong, including both endoscopy and colonoscopy - the whole experience was just so painful and depressing. It all ended up all clear, and I believe I received a diagnosis of IBS - I just woke up from the procedure and the doctor who performed it spent like 2 seconds with me. I was 40 at the time and have never experienced anything like this and that pain was almost unbearable. It lasted for about 3 weeks and subsided, but I still have IBS symptoms daily. I don't understand what is happening to me, and neither do the doctors, but we are doing testing (this is my 3rd neurologists y'all, and I'm just now receiving appropriate care!). I've done plenty of research over the last year about each of my symptoms, and guess what, all my weird ass symptoms could be explained by MS. This whole process and all the symptoms that I experience make me feel crazier the longer I go without knowing why I am experiencing this. Just venting, it's been a long week and it's only Tuesday.
