My first ms nurse appointment
Hi everyone. I was diagnosed last May with RRMS & have had symptoms for 30 years. On ocrevus since Feb 2024. What can I expect from my first ms nurse appointment please? Thanks

It’s likely to vary with every person so I am not sure, I can only share what I experience 🙂 I love my MS nurse, she is so lovely and considerate. She asks me random questions about the symptoms I experience and helps solve problems or offer solutions. She is the fast gateway to my neuro in understanding if it is more than a pseudorelapse & needs treatment like steroids or something.
@kateeeeeeeee I don'y have a MS nurse anymore as I've moved away from my old neurologist, not a pleasant experience. But on Ocrevus now, just google stuff and go the local MS Centre to meet other MS'er's. Get so much support from them.. Get physio there, oxygen and just a chat sometimes.
