Don't mind me, just b*tching it out...

I am wheelchair bound and I have to use a shower chair. Do u think I'm lucky enough to have a wide enough doorway to just simply roll up to the tub and transport from one surface to another? NOOOOOO...so I absolutely have get down in the floor and pull myself up on edge of tub, and then pull myself up on edge of shower chair, saying prayers all the while, and push myself back all the way on the seat. Then I get all clean, only to have to get BACK in floor to start long trek to my room. 🤬🤬🤬 Now, I know there has GOT to be a better, easier way...

I’m not an expert but can you get an appointment with an OT through your local council and get sone adaptations done?

Definitely agree with above. Can you get an occupational health nurse to come and assess. Not sure how your health system works, but sounds like an assessment (at least) is required quite urgently. Hope you can get some help, good luck 🤞.
