Walking - Not good at the best of times πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ

If ever I am out and walking, I try to go at a comfortable steady pace. Sometimes, my feet start to slack and I have to make sure I pick them up properly before I start to trip or basically just lose my footing. I get the feeling that passers by or followers are watching me and that can stick with me for a while.

I understand, I have swapped pretty shoes for comfortable trainers, I have got various pairs different colours. I also walk with a crutch, I tried several sticks, Nordic walking poles but decided on a crutch which one of them has been bejazzled by my beavers and cubs at scouts. I went to walking lessons with my physiotherapist who has helped me find my confidence after falling and stumbling. Speak with a physiotherapist and try different shoes and walking aids till you find what is best for you. Do not give up. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your kind comments.
