Diet and MS

Hi Everyone. First time posting on the forum. I was just wondering where everyone is with their ideas/knowledge of MS and diet. From everything I have read it seems gut health is a big factor in helping to stay healthy with MS. I am on Vermuity and am worried about becoming immunocompromised as I work in Student Services at a school. Has anyone found going Plant Based great? Or the Wahl Protocol? The Autoimmune Solution? Hit me with your ideas and experiences. I'm sick of nerve pain, fatigue, vertigo, brain fog etc and want my life back to normal (or as normal as possible anyway) I would ultimately love to not be on mediation at all, if it's doable.

Hi I have been doing the Best Bet diet for about 8 years it was difficult at the start to stick too but I feel so much better on the diet if I come off it I have more pain and symptoms, I am now being treated by a Functional Doctor who as done lots of tests and thinks I have Candida and I have problems with the bacteria in my Gut, I have only been having the treatment for a few weeks but already feel so much better I was in so much pain before but it's so much better, also I find exercise really helps with pain and fatigue hope this helps
