Leg stiffness
Looking for some hints and tips of dealing with leg stiffness. I was first diagnosed 12 years ago with numbness of my left side. After a recent relapse I am struggling with severe stiffness on my right leg making walking almost impossible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
can’t you get your Ms doctor to help you? try some gentle exercises or physio may help?
I relapsed in June and haven't seen my specialist yet, I see him on the 4th September (that's an emergency appointment) and I have 2 children off school for the summer so was hoping someone may have some advice before then
