Ocrelizumab and pregnancy

Hi 👋 Have any of you fallen pregnant whilst on Ocrelizumab (Ocrevus)? This may be my situation so looking for more information. Also left a message for my ms nurse and will contact my GP tomorrow. All advice welcome! Thanks

My neurologist actually switched me to ocrevus because we we thinking about having another baby and the last time I went off DMT and had a child, I gained 14 new lesions so he didn’t want me off DMT again. Apparently it’s safe but it was recommended to me to try not to get pregnant until 3 months after infusion and then I just wouldn’t get my next infusion.
