Aubagio - to take or not to take?

Does anyone have positive experiences of Aubagio? I've been offered it for my latest DMT. I was previously taking Copaxone but had to stop due to lipoatrophy. I then went on to Tecfidera but had to stop as I was vomiting more or less every day and this was after several weeks and only on the low dose. My blood pressure was also really low and heart rate high! I've now been offered Aubagio, but the side effects seem to be the same/similar but with the added side effect of hair loss! My neurologist said this occurs in about 1/3 patients which seems high to me. For years I wasn't on a DMT as I didn't qualify due to NICE guidelines saying you could only have one if relapses were less than two years apart which mine never have been. Now all that's changed and all of a sudden after 12 years post diagnosis I have been offered DMTs. Up to now my MS is fairly stable with little or no changes to my MRI scans. I just wonder is it really worth taking a DMT? It seems to me that everyone on them has to keep swapping and changing due to side effects.
