Brain fog

After ON in November I am now left with really bad brain fog. I never used to be like this before.. now I struggle to get my words out and when I do they come out in the wrong order. I was talking to colleagues at work today and I found I couldn't get my words out and when I did they came out in the wrong order. Is this a symptom of MS? I am still awaiting to to speak to a neurologist and getting impatient with it all..my ophthalmologist told me i probably have ms and since then nothing.
