Hey everyone just signed up

Well I was diagnosed Jan 2010 defied it for a while due to shock really I'm one of 3 in my family that have Ms older sister & brother...have learned to cope with it through time with exercise has been a savoir for me ....without it & my optimism I don't know where I'd be

They say it's not hereditary. Myself and my sister both have MS and my other two sisters have other auto immune conditions.

That's all four of you affected somehow Wow! It's so hard to understand...Yes they do say it's not heriditary but it's in the jeans & can show up anywhere
