MS Reporters request: MS, my Baby and Me

Hey Shift.ms! Fiona here - I'm a Programme Coordinator at Shift.ms. We’re currently planning an MS Reporters video series on the postpartum period with MS called, “MS, my Baby and Me” - and we’d like to ask for your help in designing it. This series will explore a time of life lots of women with MS have concerns about: the period immediately following childbirth. It’s a time filled with emotion for all parents, but for those with MS it presents additional challenges - none more so than balancing the needs of the newborn with those of a parent living with MS. That’s why we need your help to determine the topics we should be exploring in this video series. For people with MS who’ve had kids: what do you wish you had known about this time of your life? What were you most anxious about? Did anything surprise you? And for any prospective parents out there - what information would help you feel more prepared about having a baby while living with MS? Is there a question you’ve always wanted to ask someone who’s been through it before? Please comment below or, if you’d like to tell us what you think we should focus on privately, drop your thoughts in this handy form: https://shift.ms/ask-your-question Anticipations, reminiscences, emotions, and anecdotes you’re happy to share with us about the post-birth period - and living with MS and a new baby - are all much appreciated. Thanks so much for your help, everyone. Fiona
