Anxious

Hi everyone. Just needed to vent my worries. I am due an infusion next month, and I was seeing the MS nurse on the 1st March. I guess my appointments will be cancelled due to nurses strikes. This is making me feel worried that I am not going to get my infusion on time. I am worried that waiting might mean I could suffer further brain damage. Just feeling anxious because MS care is not classed as necessary care. Although, I think my brain is essential to me 🤷‍♀️ . Let me know if you are in the same boat.
@Runningonempty

I’m not in the same boat but try not to worry coz if you worry it’s just gonna make the run up stressful hun when it might all be fine on the day and there was nothing to worry about….just breathe remember breathe through it all and even if it is a couple o weeks late it won’t have that bid an impact remember that ….perspective is a wonderful but s’ddiing elusive thing a times 😉✊🤞👍💪🍀☺️ Take care of you

@Ogras74

My infusions has gone from every 6th month to 12th month and now suggested every 18th month. They've taken a blood sample and say they still can see that the treatment is working (I'm sorry but I can't remember exactly what it was they were looking for). So infusions can last a pretty long time I guess. Meaning that if you have to wait a little longer you probably be OK And, as stated above, breathe and try not to worry 😊
