MS is not my friend anymore. :(

Yes 16 years with this so called friend MS. It's been playing up lately, well his angry WHY? Well he hates the MEDS I've taken betaferon 1 month HATED IT. Nothing for 15 years was happy. Gylenya for a year he was happy for the 1st few months, the unhappy, had to get off them. Copaxone 2 months couldn't stand it. Off them . Got a relapse ( mild) Steroids tablets only for a week and half, fixed me up but stuffed my kidneys and now on antibiotics to clear the infection. So his sad and unhappy. Now I'm contemplating whether to leave him alone and rest for a little bit. Going on our USA holiday next Wednesday and see how he behaves. Anyway we need to SMILE! Anawith1n

@anawith1n , you have upset the MonSter, haven't you? So you've tried the Betaferon and Copaxone, Gilenya became problematic so where do you go next? Is Tecfidera an option? Now, you're the second person today that has had a kidney infection "caused by the MS", or in your case, caused by the steroids. The steroids can reduce your immunity to infections, although it doesn't cause them. Would you have a problem with urine retention that may require a resolution? Just my thoughts, but I'm glad you're still smiling. :)
