Complications

Have just been diagnosed with kidney cancer, it was caught because of an X-ray that was taken to trial intrathecal baclofen. Glad it was caught when it was, and renal carcinoma is highly treatable with a 93% five year survival rate at this stage. I'm more concerned about the effects of the surgery on my MS progression than about the cancer. I've had confirmed cases of COVID twice, and both times had significant and permanent progression of my debility. Does anybody have experience with surgery and progressive MS?
