I was told I have MS over a year ago now, still classed as ‘probable’ on any paperwork and don’t get qualify for any dmt. I was just wondering if they are so afraid to confirm diagnosis what else could be causing symptoms and lesions? I get they have to be sure but if they’re doubting ms then why aren’t they concerned or could be something else?...

@rachael-marie , a formal diagnosis of MS has to meet the requirements of the McDonald Criteria (https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/mcdonald-criteria). Keep a symptom diary, so that you can report fully to the Neuro next time you see them. But, don't wish MS on yourself........
