I’m not useless but still need help!

Hi guys. I’m newly diagnosed but I’m trying to get back to normal life which includes working part time studying full time and raising two kids with my partner. How do I get everyone in my life, from my partner to my coworkers, to understand that everything is harder now, more complicated. I don’t want to be coddled, I want to do everything I can for as long as I can but just because I “seem” ok doesn’t mean I am. To complicate it more my partner is (undiagnosed but everyone knows) what used to be called Aspergers. How do you explain it to people in your life to get that balance?
@Stumbler

@rocky , it's very difficult trying to get those with little MS awareness to understand what you're going through. You might find the following useful :- https://support.mstrust.org.uk/file/store-pdfs/Explaining-MS-to-others-WEB.pdf

@rocky , Stumbler has given you info that you could pass on but try for leaflets etc,. To physically give to work colleagues, family, neighbours, anyone you can think of, try your local ms society or national ones, people are more likely to read and re-read leaflets, or refer to them if they're on their coffee table, good luck🥊👏🤞😜
