Could this be a relapse?

Hi guys I was diagnosed with MS in August 2018 but I didn't have any symptoms - it was found by accident on an MRI and confirmed with a lumbar puncture. Therefore I have never actually had a relapse. However the past week I have been extremely fatigued, more so than usual. I'm falling asleep an hour after I wake up and napping for 8 hours a day and still sleeping through the whole night. I thought this may just be due to work stress or anaemia, and didn't think anything of it. However last night when I was washing the pots I got the most excruciating pain around my ribcage, like someone had hold of me and squeezing as tight as they could. After a Google I realised that this could be the MS hug, and I might be having a relapse. I'm not going to lie, if it is a relapse I'm quite relieved that it's mainly just fatigue. I have a check up with my nurse on Wednesday anyway, so should I just mention it then?

@scarletclarke- yep mention it. I struggle with fatigue also but ..... Modifinil! I was diagnosed at 18, and lived life as normal till I landed in hospital 35. Not all symptoms are an MS thing some can be habits, or other things. Take care, you’ll know when it’s a thing. Luck!❤️
