Copaxone delivered earlier?

Hey everyone! I'm going to be abroad for just over a month (end of May - end of June), and I am going to run out of Copaxone before I come back. I am hoping that Evolution Homecare can give me a delivery a week or two earlier than usual. I am getting one months supplies at a time currently, and my last delivery was April 29th. Who would I contact to sort this out? I was guessing I should just give Evolution Homecare a call, but my Mum seems to think I might need to contact my MS nurse in case they would need to change something with my prescription? If anyone has any experience of this please let me know. :D Thanks!

@Feloreena , give Evolution Homecare a phonecall. You're not the first person on Copaxone to take a holiday. They should be able to schedule in an early delivery and also provide you with the required documentary proof for you travelling with needles etc. :wink:

Hi @Feloreena, I recall that at least once, Evolution delivered two batches at once for me as I was away for a scheduled delivery so this shouldn't be a problem, just give them a call as soon as you can and I'm sure they'll try to find a delivery slot that's earlier for you. I'm pretty sure I didn't have to involve my nurse as the prescription itself isn't changing, just the delivery schedule but they'll soon tell you if they want you to! They might be able to deliver it to your nearest chemist or something if you can't find a mutually convenient slot? Good luck and have a lovely trip! xx
