Style and design

I thought this was worth a new post....although I have referred to it in a recent comment. As an interior designer and newly diagnosed with ms , I have been totally underwhelmed and depressed by all the grey utilitarian stuff on offer which seems so NHS and BORING I have found a really good online site which is the brainchild of woman with ms It is called Blue Badge Style and is quite inspirational Lots of advice on airlines/ trains/ travel in general. Funky equipment and what is even better accessibility to restaurants/ theatres/ etc. A lot of the info is London based but there are also regional reviews . And overseas villas and hotels. There is are posts on well designed stairlifts and kitchen adaptations To me it is all about the design . I think there is also an app. I love it so thought I would share it

Thank you @tessa! Replied fully on previous thread,

It may be all about the style and I admit i chose a RED wheelchair over other choices, but mostly its about the PRICE. Being disabled can mean being on benefits and sadly "design" is often not the cheap option.
