I have problems swallowing I have problems with food more sometimes I have problems with drinking but I Choked on food a lot I can’t eat apples or crusty bread . I get scared eating out so I only eat with my husband or my kids they all know what to do if I choke . I worry that one day I just won’t be able to swallow.
Eating out is difficult sometimes. Personally I alway avoid anything with vinegar ( especially pickles) and try very hard not to speak when I am eating ( not easy!$
