Global symptoms???

I wonder if anyone here can help me understand this. I am 20 years since diagnosis with rrms. Over the Christmas and early Jan period I suffered an horrendous relapse. It went on for around 5 weeks, and I often felt that I should have been in hospital to receive care as I could barely do a thing for myself. I had severe dizziness, was unable to stand unaided for more than a few minutes, I felt very wobbly on my legs, all of my muscles were hard to use and would ache after using them, I had trouble leaning forward to brush my teeth (need to support with my free hand), my cognitive function was terrible, my speech was bad and the fatigue was overwhelming. I took a course of steroids 4 weeks into this and started to feel better around 9 days later. I had an appointment yesterday with my neuro, but she says that this was not a relapse as the symptoms were global. When I asked her what she meant by global she said that all the symptoms were there all of a sudden, and that it hadn’t started gradually. My mri also shows no evidence of a relapse. I am so frustrated by this and not sure where to go. My last treatment was Lemtrada in 2016. I’m wondering if anyone here had experienced a relapse and been told it wasn’t as the symptoms are ‘global’?
@eloquent

I heard a spitialist talking about it a while ago he saod after the quarantine many ppl around the world will start having global symptoms starting from anxiety to many other symptoms in abdomen maybe muscle and fitness new diseases will come because our diet changed suddenly and lifestyle loads of random things he mentioned but that might not be related.
