Multiple Sclerosis and being auditted

I have Multiple sclerosis son 2016 and Ive been working as an administrator for 12 years. I have changed department recently and have new management. Managers ghave known that I suffer with MS but dont do much to help me. My manager keeps auditing me everytime I do work wrong and keeps asking me to tell her where things have been filed on the system. I cant even remember yesterday let alone where things have been filed. They also wanted me to justifer what task I do because they didnt know what task I did bearing in mind I do alot of work. Im struggling to remember the task i competed this month or 3 years ago. I feel like they are picking on me. They even shadowed me and no one else. They seem to be putting all this stress on me and all i want to do is do my work and go home. I dont know what to do. Does amyone have any advice they couls share with me please?

LHello @minnie, sorry you are suffering. I assume you’re in the U.K. if so, ask for an Occupational Health Assessment, which they are obliged to arrange for you, and this should really help have a careful think about what reasonable adjustments you could ask for at work. The problem with our condition is that essentially, we have to be our own advocates. Go on, you can do it! Or, if you are in a union, definitely ask the, for advice
