Sleeping with MS

I am recently Diagnosed with MS and I am having trouble sleeping at night. I was wondering if there is something that has worked that I haven't tried yet. I am taking medicine to help with my spasms but I am still struggling. Need advice?

I am over in the US and in my state Cannabis is legal so I take one gummy edible the nights I'm restless. I've also heard CBD works well. Other then that melatonin may help but for me it gives me some of the worst brain fog I've ever experienced. I would say try some things out and see what works best for you.

I am so sorry that’s one of my biggest struggles with RRMS is sleeping until I tried cannabis drops and gummies. I was put on so many prescriptions that didn’t work. Finally my friend who lives in California gave me some from a dispensary there and I can finally sleep. I was worried of trying it because I have never tried anything like that before but once I did and was finally able to sleep after not having luck with any prescriptions after 5 years of just 2-3hours of sleep at night it was a miracle worker for me. Best part of it is that it has no side effects and won’t damage your liver or kidneys like prescriptions do. I would really recommend if you do decide to try that get it from a dispensary because that’s organic not like if you get it from some dealer could be laced with something. Also when my RRMS started to be in remission I can take two 5mg melatonin gummies and sleep all night without having to have cannabis every night.
