What did you do before diagnosis? Can you ease yourself back into that? Any exercise is good for ms you just need to find what works for you.
I'm going to try pilates at home. Once Christmas is out the way I will do some more research and find a gentle plan that I can use to ease myself back into things. I used to be a massive gym bunny (still am at heart) and my love is building strength, so lots of weight training. I just can't do it at the moment, but pilates is supposed to be a good way to get strong without so much physical exertion. Doing it at home means I can go at my own pace too, although I will have to find the line between pushing myself a little to achieve best results, without going too far... That will be tricky! Yoga is good for you too... Personally I find it a little slow going for my liking but all movement is good for you so perhaps something like that? Also, walking for 10-15 mins if you're able will be beneficial. Exercise doesn't have to be full on going to the gym or running everywhere. Just move as much as you can within your limits ☺
