I joined a yoga studio recently that offers a restorative yoga class. It focuses more on setting intentions and calming your mind more so than intense poses (which is beyond my limitations currently).
I find getting out for a walk if I can each day helps, and it may be psychosomatic but drinking kombucha always makes me feel a bit sharper! It might bea placebo but even so, it's worth it!
