Bladder issue treatment
Has anyone had success with treatment for overactive bladder/urgency/incontinence? I have tried pelvic floor PT and two different medications that have not helped much. The next step is trying sacral neuromodulation (Medtronic), which I’m optimistic about but wondering if anyone here has tried this?
I'm currently on Solifenacin and it help, but feels it will not be of help at later stage.
Hey, I've tried solifenacin and now mirabegron, they helo a little but nowhere near as well as I'd like. I'm super interested to hear more too. I've been referred to a urologist but that's as far I've got up to now. Have you considered Botox?
