1st relapse since diagnosis

I was just diagnosed in November and have just had my first relapse since then. It started with a feeling of water running down my legs and some numbness. Ive now got this horrible feeling through both my legs which I can only describe as both legs 'buzzing' (I know this sounds ridiculous)., so uncomfortable. Is it best to keep active through a relapse or rest up?

I think the usual advice is to try and keep as active as you can without getting over-tired. So gentle exercise is good for you but don't do anything very strenuous.

@frasbroon

I generally find that a relapse stops me in my tracks and I can't do anything, however when I can I get back into things gradually
