Which DMT? Tysabi/kesimpta
Ive just been diagnosed, i live in the UK and im awaiting being transfered over to the nhs list (i was diagnosed vis private healthcare) the neurologist i currently see has said that i shoud be offered a DMT and mentioned these ones, im not sure which i will actually be offered as need to wait and see the consultant via nhs but i just thought it would be good to look into the different ones to have an idea of which i would prefer. Has anyone got experience with either of these?

I was weighing up between these two as well. I went with Tysabri. What they don’t tell you is that Kesimpta takes up to a year to start working. I had another relapse while waiting. Didn’t want to wait any longer. Tysabri comes with a risk of PML but very low if you test negative for the JC virus. Hope this helps.
