Kesimpta
I've just been put on kesimpta. Start in few weeks. Any opinions on it. Rrms. Tingling and numbness is getting very bad in my hands and feet . Suggestions to help alleviate this while I wait for treatment pleased?

I too am waiting to start on my chosen DMT. Has awful tingling in hands and feet which has been Helped hugely by starting pregabalin. Started small on 25mg morning and night and then went up to 50mg which took away the tingling (mostly) but made my fatigue worse. Have settled now on 25mg morning and 50mg night and tingling is on and off but less than before
