Exercise advice!

Hello fellow MSers, I'll try & keep it brief....I have hardly left the house since covid hit (poor mental health), as a result I have gained weight & I am so unfit, so much muscle pain & stiffness. I know its mostly due to severe drop in my fitness level & not the MS. Can anyone suggest the best source for exercise routines etc for building strength, flexibility & generally getting fitter? If I lose weight as a side effect, good but that is not my main goal. There are so many sources & exercise videos, I don't know where to start & I'm finding it a bit overwhelming. I don't want to go to a class.
@Catlady

Can you join a local ms group? They might have an online zoom type class. Look at ms society online and type in your postcode. There will be lots 'in the same boat' hopefully so can start out with gentle exercise

@Catlady

Or do you prefer no online classes too? Maybe if that is the case then follow something slowly on youtube, like yoga for beginners? can you walk? Sometimes a short walk makes a diference to mood and wellbeing. A neuro physio may be helpful for you too. You may need a referral from gp as some don't let you self refer if you have neurological problems. The physio would give you a personalised strengthening exercise plan. I understand what you mean with classess. It's hard to remember to turn up with brain fog, plus to follow the others plus anxiety l there's lots of things to factor in yes.
