Moving to the isle of Man

Hello I'm considering moving to the IOM for work and for a better work / life balance. My neuro team here in the UK will keep me on their books but my monthly post lemtrada blood tests would need to be done on the island. I'm aware there is a reciprocal healthcare agreement between the two but understand a pre existing condition would not be covered. Has anyone got any advice on likely costs and procedures when moving abroad with MS? It could be a good opportunity for me but the ever heavy ball and chain that is MS could keep me tethered to the UK. The other option is to travel back every month for blood tests. Would prob work out cheaper but the practicalities of it could be an issue.
@doubleo7HUD

I thought that isle of men was in the U.K.?

@lilbird

It is physically within the British Isles @doubleo7hud but is independent with its own government. That would be a hefty journey every month @sandwich how much post lem monitoring do you have left? Just wondering if you could hold out that long or can it not wait?
