Hi. Diagnosis is a scary time, and can be difficult to come to terms with. I managed to get some counselling with a charity, which helped me deal with my feelings. My feelings were all over the place. Having a diagnosis is a grieving process. For me understanding why I have had different feelings has helped me. Being positive can be helpful, as long as it is positivity, and not denial. Having symptoms that come and go can prolong the grieving process. Keep supportive people close during this stressful time. 👌
Don’t scare, it is scary but be mindful and try to enjoy every day don’t think about future that much as future is scary. I have MS since I was 27 I was young and very outgoing, energetic person but then MS came and I have to change my life. Planning just for the day, slowing down and be happy for the things I can do. I know it is difficult I have bad days too, scary days but then I always remember what everyone think about a person who has MS and what I showed them I can achieve and do 💪
