OCREVUS and pregnancy ... ?

Hello fellow warriors. OK so I am 36 with rrms since 2021. We have 1 child b4 diagnosis and infusions started. We are considering having another baby ? ? Is this a good idea ? Is there any risks . Anyone on here been pregnant and had their infusions ? Baby OK? I have lost both parents in the last 2 years also. So not much family .

Generally, they advise not getting pregnant or breastfeeding while on Ocrevus. If you have a chat with your neurologist they may temporarily change you to another Dmd. There have been studies that show that ocrevus doesn’t affect pregnancy or the health of the baby but I think people tend to err on the side of caution. But if you want to expand your family, you should look into it! If for nothing else, multiple pregnancies are protective against accrual of lesions/disability in MS! (Not the main reason of course but a good side effect)

I'm in the same position! I don't know what to do. My neurologist says that I can't on ocrevus but the research shows different.
