Sleepless
Hey guys going on your 36 hours without sleep I only sleep about 20 to 30 minutes at a time when I can sleep usually maybe four hours every other day I work out when my body will let me try to eat right but still no sleep anyone have some advice?
Have you tried cannibis or CBD oil?
When I took amatripterline for nerve pain that really helped my sleep. I also avoid protein for a few hours before bed and try and walk at least a couple of miles each day.
