On Friday I'll have my first UK MRI

I know what gift I have, but doctors don't, so I should prove 😉 I'm not taking any medicine, I was without any simptoms for 7years, but something happened with my brain here, and I got weeker.. Couldn't walk, my legs are not listening 🤔 Are you doing some strengthening exercises what helps? How are you handling your relapses?
@Runningonempty

Hey gurl, sorry ur going through it!!! Resistance bands, yoga, Pilates, swimming, walking , squats Physio (vestibular exercises)need to build core strength too will help with balance/posture I.e add on effect with leg strength. So crunches, sit ups, push ups can do upright against wall and skipping/weighted hula hoop ( can the rope, bands & hoop really cheap on Amazon) hope u get better soon (might be the change in climate effecting ur ms) steriods for relapse talk to GP, ER (A&E here) etc 🤞👍💪
