How do you support you family in coming to terms with your progression? I feel like I’ve had 24 years to come to terms with my MS, my daughter recently said to me it doesn’t just affect me. This has hit me quite bad, I feel really selfish and worried about my family.

Hi. I am not sure how old your kids are? The MS society do some great videos on YouTube. They use puppets to explain MS to younger children. I am not sure what is available for teenagers.

Hi My Daughter was 13 when I was diagnosed she is 25 now and I had a conversation not long ago and I said that I felt guilty having to ask her to help me and she it affects everyone in the family but she thought it's made her a better person she is more understanding, so it's not always negative
