Plegridy

Hi everyone, I'm new here, diagnosed with RRMS 6 months ago. I've just started on Plegridy and wondered if there are others here who can share their experiences using it? I'm currently having an injection site reaction which I know can be quite common so any hints or tips for dealing with these would be very much appreciated 🙂 Thanks!
@ItsMewithMS

I was just searching what it was to see it is like Copaxone or Rebif that I was on for years. I would get a mosquito bite type of reaction some times with an ichy swelling. I was advised to make sure I rubbed the area after the shot to distribute the drug and cool or warm pack depending on what felt better. Over time the area that I preferred to use for injection (inner thigh) got dimply and crepy which didn't concern me as much as my Dr, I don't do any swimsuit modeling ;-0 When I google search I find there is a forum of uses of just that DMT and it says "this is a histamine reaction, just like a bug bite etc., so your anti-itch medication for that sort of thing could help things out." I didn't know to try that with Copaxone, it may have helped...but if there is a nurse line. When I just search for injection site reactions I get to this page that says there may be reactions but not what to do... https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/3409/pil and this contact information under support Biogen Idec Limited Tel: +44 (0) 1628 50 1000
