Ocrevus and Lion's Mane

Hi. I'm on ocrevus and was thinking about taking Lion's Mane but I know folk have commented that taking Lion's Mane whilst on Ocrevus is unsafe. I'd asked my nurse if it was safe and she came back with 'no obvious interactions' so I'm a bit confused! I'd love to know if anyone has been told by a medical professional that you shouldn't take Lion's Mane whilst on Ocrevus. Has anyone been told this? Thanks.

@Louisa The guidance I found on Google goes as follows: Auto-immune diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), pemphigus vulgaris (a skin condition), and others: Lion's mane mushroom might cause the immune system to become more active, and this could increase the symptoms of auto-immune diseases. If you have one of these conditions, it's best to avoid using lion's mane mushroom.

Thank you!
