Alochol effects with ms

Hi folks, weird one. When having a small amount of alcohol my legs ache really bad, goes after a while. Does anyone else have this? Also does anyone else have intimate issues with there partners since having my baby 2 1/2 years ago I just have gone down hill wanting and have closed myself of to my partner and it’s caused stress on our relationship

My legs are always stiff the day after I drink but it’s actual quite common in the general population. I find hamstrung stretches really help.

Think everyone pays for booze the next day in one way or the other. Ms trust do a leaflet for intimacy issues with some advice but babies & ms plus plus plus is probably a very normal mood killer just so u know hope it helps p.s if u can stand the cringe factor u could also talk to your ms nurse or neuro who can advise. (& there is always steriods)
