Hi everyone I'm a newbie...i don't know much as of yet but I want to get start on views from others and what works or don't. Right now I'm taking tizanidne for muscle spans and tensions around my head that cause numbness, or tingling around forehead, down side of left face also middke of face around my nose around my ears and back of head and neck. Numbness two of my left finger and right thumb. Now bottom heel has a vibration feels like vibration like a phone. Also upper chest and right rib with top beginning rim painted seems to go nowhere like someone is hugging it and not letting go. Feedback would be great!
